There is no limit to the number of sessions you can undertake. The standard course entails 30 sessions, which comprehensively populate the database. However, if you wish to continue your sessions, you can simply clear the previous results (navigate to Menu - Results - Delete). Following this, you can proceed with your training.

When you insert the batteries into the device, its indicator will illuminate for a brief period of a few seconds, indicating the functionality of the instrument's electronics. Moreover, it's important to ensure the accurate placement of the sensor on your finger, and verify that the sensor cable is securely connected to the electronic module on your wrist (refer to the provided instructions). Before commencing a session, establish a connection between the Serene Form device and your smartphone (within the app: press START - Connect Serene Form device - Yes). You'll notice the device indicator begins to rapidly flash, indicating successful device pairing. This signifies that the device is successfully connected and transmitting data to the Serene Form app via Bluetooth. These signals indicate the proper operational state of the device.
